The apartment, on the second floor of a Liberty-style building without elevator, has been recently renovated and features a living area with a sofa, a single sofa bed and a smart TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals with access to the balcony. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and heating.
