Bon rapport qualité prix
Propre, accueillant, bien placé. Pt déjeuner spécial , avec des spécialités siciliennes, surprenantes parfois, 😊 Le seul petit souci pour nous, fut le bruit des musiques de restaurants le soir, Assez tard 23h30, Mais , vous avez à disposition des boules quies pour ceux qui supportent....

Great stay!
Claudio was a great host! Large room and a great location. A little difficult to find at first. Hotel is on one floor of an apartment building and sometimes the lights would automatically shut off in the main hall.

Simply an amazing hotel. It was so inspiring to be sleeping in a great hotel that was covered in art. My kids really enjoyed it too. Claudio was a fantastic host, and the breakfast was amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The staff is super communicative, friendly and informative. The hotel and room are clean and nicely decorated, the air conditioning is modern, the bathroom is large. The check in was easy and smooth. The property is in walking distance to all major sites. The building is a bit older and there is a bit of an odour in the bathroom and from the ac, its not entirely unpleasant but it is noticeable, if you are sensitive to smells it may be an issue.

This place was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. We were in the Flamingo room so unfortunately the reception is right outside the door and you can hear all the talking in the morning. Also there was a sewage smell in the bathroom every time we flushed the toilet.

El hotel nos pidio con anticipacion la forma y hora de nuestra llegada. No obstante cuando llegamos nadie nos abrio, tuvimos que esperar un buen tiempo para poder entrar al hotel. El desayuno es muy reducido. No estan organizados, un dia ponen agua en la habitacion y otro dia no ponen y no hay nadie a quien recurrir. El lugar es bonito y limpio, pero la atencion deja mucho que desear.

Il Sig. Danilo è preziosissimo per disponibilità e capacità di aiutare i suoi clienti anche, ma non solo, rispetto alla conoscenza della città e della sua storia. Le decorazioni nella nostra stanza, oltre che belle, erano molto suggestive e includevano frasi di notevole significato. Insomma, l’esperienza presso Afea è di quelle che rimangono.

Unique place to stay. Highly recommended.
Wonderful service, good breakfast, beautiful rooms with one-of-a-kind art. Great location. A tiny shower stall is the only drawback.

We loved the fun themed room! Comfortable and well set up. Great shower within a spacious washroom. In-room tea, coffee and mini fridge stocked with water. Communication was great (we had an after-hours check-in)! Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the quirky art works around the B&B and in our room. Entry to building quite complicated although reasonable instructions provided. Need ‘Afea’ sign on entry door on level 1 as I wasn’t sure if it was the right place. Location good for walking around Palermo. Staff very friendly but only there for a couple of hours each day. Beds comfortable.

A very pleasant stay, with informative and helpful staff. There is a lively bar opposite (Barrel 44) and Via Roma is close by with good bus connections. An excellent B&B choice.

Conveniently close to the port.
The B&B is reasonably well run. It has all the amenities and is clean and quiet However I need to report an incident that anyone using this facility should note. The B&B is located on the second floor of an older building. On one occasion, I accidentally got off the elevator one floor above. I thought it would be simple to merely walk down the stairs to the correct floor. However part way down, I found the stairway unlit and very difficult to see the steps. As I was descending around a curve in the stairway, I missed a step and fell, even though I was holdiing the handrail. The steps are of smoothe marble avd quite slippery if you miss a step. I fell onto my shoulder and was very fortunate that I didnt hit my head or break a bone. I would strongly urge the management to put safety treads on the stairway and provide adeqate loghting of the stairway.
