Châteaux à Ouest de Knoxville

« Staff, breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Air conditioner was very noisy. Need to replace the fan motor. But it was cool air. Just loud »

« Chambre et surtout salle de bain avec des cheveux partout Pas acceptable »

« Dirty! Huge spiderweb next to, and behind our night stand. Dirty bathroom floors, dirty towel, dirty chair, and absolutely no body wash. »

« Chambre impeccable et le service très courtois »

« We wewre not made aware the gym was not in order and i travel depending on just that.. Otherwise a good location »

« Was very quiet »

« L’hôtel paraissait incroyable cependant, à mon réveil, j’ai vues mes jambes remplies de bouton d’araignée (ou insectes). J’ai du me rendre chez le docteur à cette occasion…. Je serais ravie de partager les photos de mes jambes à l’établissement. »

« The bathrooms need an overhaul. We wouldn't step a foot in that tub. The smell of the first room was so bad that we had to change rooms. The filter on the bathroom vent was dirty. The hotel only had regular direct TV (basic stations). That quality inn should have been Budget Inn. The best part was the food truck outside. »

« For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows »

« these specific hotels are always super clean, so whenever available, and priced right, this is our preferred choice while traveling for work. The staff is always super helpful, and the environment just feels better. »

« Personnel aimable, courtois et accueillant. Environnement paisible et facile d’accès aux voies rapides. Ce serait bien pour l’environdement s’ils pouvaient utiliser des ustensiles en stainless. »

« La salle de bain (douche) était salle. »

« Hotel is extremely clean and located in a convenient area near shopping and restaurants, right off interstate 40. The staff is friendly and helpful. My rooms was spacious and very modern. Many USB outlets which made charging very easy. Shower and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Breakfast in the morning was good. Nice swimming pool. I will surely stay here again! »

« Rien à redire. Hotel tres convenable »
