« Everything was very convenient! Access to Brimstone trails. 1,3,5,6 was very convenient. The property was very clean and well maintained. Having a hot tub was awesome, especially considering many other properties that are not owned by Megan do not have a hot tub. The gated yard was very convenient for our dogs, and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone 10/10. The host is also very friendly, responsive, and helpful! »

« This house and stay was 10/10!! We couldn't have ask for a better host!! The location to the trails for Brimstone was close by and easy to get to. The banana bread was a hit with everyone! we will definitely be back! Might I add we had multiple rzrs and trailers and the wrap around blacktop driveway was great ! »

« The room was fine and there is parking for trucks/trailers and it is close to a Royal Blue trail entrance. My only complaint was the room keys. Everyone in our party had the same issues. The keys deactivated after you use them one or two times. We were continually having to go back to the front desk to get keys reactivated. It was frustrating when coming in from riding you’re dirty, tired, and ready to take a shower, and you had to go back to the front desk yet again for another key activation . »
