« Superbe appartement et nous avons été très bien accueillies. Il est à proximité de tout, dans un bel arrondissement. Plusieurs restaurants et boulangeries à proximité. À côté de la station de métro Abbesses. Nous n'avions toutefois pas réalisé avant notre arrivée qu'il y avait autant d'activités de jour comme de nuit ce qui a été un peu moins apprécié pour la nuit. Sinon, tout était parfait et nous ne regrettons pas notre location. De l'appartement, nous avions une belle vue sur la tour Eiffel. ...

« We were really surprised by how big and attractive the house is. It was very comfortable for 9 of us, and we enjoyed having dinners in the shaded garden. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the area is very nice too! »

« We enjoyed our time here very much. Our hostess was very welcoming and attentive to us during our visit. The house is cute inside and out and has everything one could need for their stay. A big plus too is that it is within short walking distance to the metro which was super convenient for us as we took this mode of transportation every day. »

« Appartement conforme à l'annonce, charmant, très propre et au calme. Donnant sur une petite cours, accès sécurisée avec 2 digicodes, à 2 étages et 1/2. Clim appréciable avec la canicule. Métro ou bus proches pour se déplacer, hôtel de ville et Notre Dame à 2 pas. Service chauffeur proposé nickel, à l'heure. Juste petit point négatif, une odeur désagréable quand on rentre mais qui disparaît après. »

There are 3 separate bedrooms with full size beds (2 of the 3 beds are daybeds that appear as a twin/single, but can be pulled out to make a full/double. There are 2 full bathroom (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and an additional private 1/2 bathroom in the upstairs bedroom. the kitchen is spacious, and there is a dining table that seats 6. Its an easy 10 min walk to the metro station (line 13-St Denis/Pte de Paris. There is a boulangerie on the way...

« This place makes you feel at home. It has anything you may need. The second floor is awesome with the wide open space. Beware the steep stairs in case you bring small children which is the only limitation. There is another bedroom on the 1st floor if there is any limited mobility for the stairs. « Maison confirme à l'annonce et bien équipée, mais pas de double vitrage. Le jardin ombragé avec transat est bien appréciable. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Proche du château de Versailles, à 20 min à pied, et quelques minutes en vélo (facile d'accès en vélo grâce aux pistes). »

« Great location in Paris. It was a bit noisy since there is a rugby bar across the street and it was during the Rugby World Cup, but that did not really bother us. The bedroom furniture and the kitchen were new and just fine. « With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night. »

Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental. When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not...

« No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend. »
