The property is effectively brand new so everything is in good condition. There were a couple of negative things with the building one was the flooring on the ground and first floors were basically smoothed concrete with settling cracks visible and in the restaurant the entrance to the kitchen was grubby as dirt had become ingrained into the concrete, the other negative was the heat in the communal corridors. We had booked a King room which came with a kitchette completed with pots, pans, plates, microwave, hot plate, kettle and coffee maker. We also had an iron and the worlds smallest ironing board. The room was spacious as was the bath/shower room complete with two sinks, it also contained the washer/dryer which we used returning home with clean clothes ready to be put away when we arrive home. We had pre-paid for breakfast and in hind sight we wouldn't have bothered as there wasn't a lot for westerners, we basically just had toast and orange juice. The free drinks in the lobby area were a perk we took advantage of in passing. We had one of the better rooms above the first floor entrance, some rooms I noticed had a view of another building 5 metres away so we were quite lucky. We would stay again but only in one of the king rooms

Quiet and comfortable place with blackout drapes to ensure a good night's sleep. I loved the shower, with it's sealed door and perfect pressure. The bath amenities and the skincare products were excellent quality. The staff were super helpful and ensured that the check-in and check-out was seamless for us.

This is a self check in and check out. Rooms are very small, especially it you have 3 large suitcase, you can only open each one at a time. Hotel room had stains on the carpet, this hotel open in 2023. You can hear the trains going pass. Breakfast was poor and not much to choose from. Walking distance to the metro 7-10mins. The area is very good with lots of shops, shopping mall and food restaurants.

The new hotel, Lawson, Yamada, food shops and Namba City are next to the hotel, really convenience to shop your favourite things, because I like to stay in Namba when I go to Osaka, so I am recommend to stay there if you are like Namba as well.

설 연휴 맞아서 3박했는데 도톤보리도 가깝고, 주변에 난카이난바역, 난바파크스 등 쇼핑시설과 역이 가까워서 어디든 가기 편했습니다. 냉장고 문제가 있긴했지만 외출하면서 요청 드렸더니 돌아올 때는 정상 작동해서 잘 사용할 수 있었네요! 체크아웃 준비하면서 유니버셜에서 구입한 인형 하나를 놓고왔는데 연락 드리니 잘 보관하고 계셔서 업체통해 받을 수 있도록 잘 도와주셨습니다. 따스한 응대에 깊이 감사드리고, 다음 오사카 여행때도 다시 묵을 것 같습니다 :)

난바 번화가와 가깝고 위치도 괜찮았어요. 생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 깔끔하지만 구석구석 청소는 신경을 잘 못쓰는거같아요. 대체적으로 만족합니다.
