Hôtel bien placé avec un excellent petit déjeuner. Par contre nous étions 4 et nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits simple donc très serré pour dormir.

We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Namba and it served our purpose well. It was right in the heart of Dotonburi, with all the shopping, bars & restaurants on your door step. The metro was an easy five minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around Osaka easy. The hotel itself was probably a little tired. At check-in we were warned that the wifi was slow and it was virtually nonexistent, but they’re apparently resolving the issue in the next few weeks. The tap in our bathroom leaked if you moved it out of the neutral position and the blind in the bathroom was a little mouldy. But..overall the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a good stay.

the property iself is very dated and there were mold on the roof near the lift and other areas. Extremely poor service compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. this hotel do not even provide an extra bottle of water and wifi is also poor. The location is perfect if you want to walk multiple times to dotonbori. but definitely not worth the price considering the poor service and dirty rooms. the hotel is exactly like a shady motel 6 in the USA.

Staff were very nice but our room had a strong odor that never went away. There were stains on our bedding and all over the walls. The bathroom faucet was leaking water all over the counter. This was the only bad hotel we stayed at in Japan.

1. We put a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside of our door because we didn’t want housekeeping to come into our room, but housekeeping came into our room anyway. What’s the point in having the sign outside then?!? 2. The WiFi was SOOO slow, we couldn’t surf the internet or do any meaningful work. VERY frustrating!! 3. We needed just ONE hour longer until we were supposed to check out to take care of some things, but were told it would cost us Y1000. Seriously?!? Whatever!

The hotel sufficed our needs as in, beds, clean towels, luggage forwarding, and the free amenities. Location is rather convenient. However, the bathroom had a window that anyone can see in from the bedroom and the pull down shade was moldy. The bidet didn’t seem to have enough pressure to flush. If you don’t mind the latter and want to stay in the heart of Dotonbori, this place is for you.

娘と二人旅で大阪ならグリコの所に行きたいと言う事でなんばのホテルを予約しました。 外は治安が悪そうでしたがホテルのセキュリティはエレベータで良いと感じました。もう一つ ベッドマット良かった〜熟睡出来ました。

This hotel was located in an easy access point to may stations, shops, and food. I would have rated it less but I thought that would not be fair. The room smelled like mildew and in the bathroom the shower curtain was pink from mildew and so was the window blind. You would think the staff would use Clorox or something. The carpet was also not vacuumed. Breakfast for my teenage sons were not included even though the hotel does not charge for them. I had to pay out of pocket. Not impressed with the hotel.

The property was close to everything. It was a 2 minute walk to Dotonburi street and all the shopping areas as well as the subway. The property is a little bit older but had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช๊อปปิ้งมาก เดินเล่นช๊อปปิ้งสะดวก ที่จอดรถทางโรงแรมมีโดยคิดค่าจอดคันละ2500¥ แต่ที่จอดอยู่ในตึก หากเข้าจอดแล้วจะไม่สามารถไปที่รถเพื่อหยิบของในรถได้หลัง23:00 ฉันเลยแนะนำให้คุณจอดที่จอดหยอดเหรียญหน้าโรงแรมจะสะดวกกว่าและราคาถูกกว่า ห้องพักสะอาด แต่กลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงคนเมาโวยวายแถวนั้นค่อนข้างชัด ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ส่วนอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมไม่แนะนำ อาหารมีน้อยและโต๊ะมีไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนลูกค้า พนักงานไม่ดูแลลูกค้าสักเท่าไหร่ ลูกค้าต้องเดินหาโต๊ะว่างเพื่อทานอาหารเช้าเอง ฉันรู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่ากับการซื้ออาหารเช้าในครั้งนี้

Hotel was near to dotonburi and its walkable to all kinds of eateries which I like! So far so good but the only downside that its near to the hostess club and it can be quite noisy at night.

From day one the hotel room wifi is very very very poor not even can go for my bank website to settle my worker monthly salary need to purchase data plan disappointed! And the hotel front deck is unfriendly and the way speak as like not well come !will not stay or recommend to my friends and staff to stay at holiday Inn!

난바 한 가운데서 자고 싶은게 아니라면 굳이?
가족 여행으로 묵었고, 난바 한 가운데 있어서 접근성이 매우 뛰어난 거 외에는 시설이 낡았고, 청결함에 있어서도 많은 의문이 드는 상태였습니다. 특히나 인원이 3명이라 2개의 방을 예약하기는 애매하여 3개 침대의 1개 방을 예약하여 묵었는데, 원래 1인실 또는 2인실을 무리하게 3인실로 만든듯 하여 창가 쪽 침대는 창문과 너무 붙어 있어 바람이 너무 들어와 겨울에는 잠들기 어려운 상태였습니다.
