Cette copropriété de luxe a une vue imprenable sur la plage Eagle, classée n ° 1 dans les Caraïbes et n ° 3 dans le monde, ainsi que son propre aménagement paysager tropical. Profitez de votre temps de détente dans la piscine et le bain à remous ou préparez une tempête sur le barbecue. Le sable blanc et les eaux cristallines se trouvent à quelques instants. Le bâtiment est à quelques minutes de tous les restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Il y a un petit dépanneur dans le hall, une salle de gym entièrement équipée sur place et une sécurité 24h / 24 à l'entrée principale.

Ce condominium 5 étoiles tout neuf a été construit avec des finitions de qualité supérieure, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Il est moderne, mais chic, avec un magnifique cadre tropical. Il est situé près d'Eagle Beach, qui a été élue la plage n ° 1 des Caraïbes. Mis à part les aspects physiques à couper le souffle, ceux qui restent dans notre unité auront accès à des services de serviettes de plage. Vous n'aurez pas besoin de laver les serviettes de plage de sable! Vous arriverez également avec des fruits frais et de l'eau qui vous attendent dans votre chambre. Un service de ménage quotidien est disponible sur demande et moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Sinon, votre chambre sera nettoyée avant votre arrivée et après votre départ. On vous fournira également une glacière à emporter près de la piscine ou de la plage. L'enregistrement se fera très facilement à la réception. Notre équipe prendra soin de vous avec une priorité absolue. Dans l'ensemble, vous aurez une expérience hôtelière 5 étoiles sans prix d'hôtel 5 étoiles!

Property & grounds are beautiful & immaculate. Condo overall was very good except both showers had mold around their base. Lists as hotel services but extremely limited on basics such as paper towels & toilet tissue. Otherwise great staff and a great time.

Great location and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Access to beach chairs but no umbrella. Loved the balciby and the pool. Geraldune checked us in and adjusted our check out time before I could ask, as we had a later flight. She was fantastic

The Beach Life

We were thrilled to walk into our condo and see it looked just like it did in the pictures. Well appointed, clean and enough room for 4 adults. It was stocked with everything we needed including towel change out and beach towel change out! This was most helpful. The pool area is incredible but we could not resist the beach--just a short walk from the condo. We were provided with beach chairs which were great for sitting where ever we wanted. The luxury of having someone come in a clean each day and make our bed was nice too. The owner has thought of everything and the staff was friendly and professional. We look forward to returning.

Very clean condo within a fantastic location and exceptionally good amenities.

We had an exceptional experience renting this condominium, it was quite roomy and set up remarkably similar to back home. Towel service, garbage removal and making of the beds was included and made the stay even more enjoyable. Checking and checking out was quite easy and all the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this property and will use it when we return.

Exceeded Expectations

We had a wonderful stay here! From booking this property to checking in before, during and after our stay the property owner was in touch, kind, knowledgable and caring. The condo had even more than we expected - great beach chairs, pool towels that can be exchanged daily, even a drying rack for laundry and more. Very clean and very convenient. Navigating to and from was easy. Staff was very courteous and the other guests were great - this is a relaxing escape in paradise. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Rental and property!

My husband and 3 kids enjoyed our stay at LeVent. The location was excellent with lots of places to walk to! The unit was gorgeous and the condo facility is stunning! Eagle Beach is so beautiful, my only complaint is that there weren’t a lot of young families with young kids around for my kids to play with. The general crown was mostly retirees living their best life! The younger families are over by the resorts on Palm Beach. Overall, such a wonderful vacation!!! Aruba is magical.

Beautiful Luxury Condo on Eagle Beach

We absolutely loved our time at this property! Everyone onsite was extremely friendly and helpful! Beautiful pools, great location! We were right across the street from Eagle Beach and minutes from uptown! Beautiful luxury condo with everything you need and gorgeous views! The host was extremely responsive and so friendly! Overall very happy with everything. Everyone on the property was extremely welcoming. My kids loved the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Hard to beat this place as it was less crowded than the high rise areas.

Great location

We spent a week in Le Vent condo in August and loved it. The location is perfect, very short walk to the beach. Easy drive to the super market and all the restaurants. The place was brand new and came with beach and bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc. We will def come back to this same place next summer.

Wonderful getaway

Fantastic Week

Second time at LeVent and even after 4 years tge grounds and unit we stayed were fantastic. You can’t beat the location. The Prestige staff are always helpful and accommodating. Daily light clean-up with fresh towels, bd making and trash removal make everything so easy to enjoy the vacation time.

Fantastische Lage, tolles Haus und sehr hilfreiche Besitzern

Schon vor der Anreise hat den Urlaub gut gestartet. Der Besitzer hat uns angerufen und viele Empfehlungen und Hinweise gegeben. Vor Ort haben wir ein sauberes und gut ausgestattenes Haus gefunden (entspricht die Beschreibung). Die Lage ist fantastisch, 100 Meter von der Piste, 400 Meter von der Dorfbahn die direkt an den Gipfel führt, und genau so weit vom Supermarkt entfernt. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und hilfbereit und hat uns sogar am Abreisetag eine Stunde bei Autoprobleme geholfen. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Relaxing vacation

The apartment is very spacious and has everything in it you would need. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. The apartment is only a half block from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the grocery store. Very easy to get cabs to other parts of the island if you don't want to rent a car.

Slice of heaven!

I meant to leave this review some time ago! Looking back through our pictures brings back such fond memories it feels like we left this little slice of paradise just yesterday. This was the perfect condo for our family during our August 2022 stay. The unit is very tastefully decorated with modern decor and all the conveniences of home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d have in a kitchen at home. The unit has a washer/dryer which really came in handy and there was plenty of space and storage for our family of 4. We had a very comfortable stay here. Beach chairs, a cooler and towels for the pool/beach were available, all of which we used regularly. A lovely welcome basket was waiting for us in the unit upon our arrival. The staff working here were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the Aruba Aloe products provided in the bathrooms in the unit. We didn’t have time to visit the Aloe Factory Museum/Tour but I did purchase my weight in Aruba Aloe products that I brought back home with me. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the beach. Eagle Beach is just a short walk across the street. The sun is strong so a general rule is to arrive at beaches early if you wish to grab a free umbrella or shade under the trees. You can also pay to rent an umbrella/palapa for the day so do have cash on hand for that, just in case. It is possible to completely fry out in the sun in just a short amount of time and with steady winds not even notice that you are burning. Rash guards/swimshirts are a very good idea. Do not skimp on sunscreen. We rented a car since we wanted to explore Aruba but felt the condo was in a really great location. It was a short drive to shopping, to beaches, nice grocery store (Superfood), and some food options. We fell in love with this condo and with Aruba in general. Any and all stress melted away the moment I opened the door to the condo and took in the view. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. As a side note for travelers, when it’s time to return home be sure to allow plenty of extra time for departure. It was slow going moving through the Aruba airport.
