Maisons de ville à Heckfield

« In the middle of the nowhere… with golf green and swimming pool. Good breakfast and great service team (baristas, waitresses and waiters, housekeepers). Unfortunately the only regret : unhealthy menu in the restaurant. »

« What a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge »

« Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right...

« The room was old, and worn out. It looked nothing like the photos. The window wouldn’t open, and we had to ask a member of staff for help. In the end, we managed to open it using a stick. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. I do not recommend this hotel. »

« Staff very polite and helpful, lovely modern room, spacious, shower was a bit weak, otherwise very good »

« Very customer centric and a great sense of service to satisfy the client »

« Room 308 is haunted. I have stayed in this room 3 times now and have had something breath in my ear as I lay in bed wide awake, I had something invisible walk up to me quickly as I could hear the heavy footsteps and i turned around and nothing was there and I heard a short groan which was definitely from inside the room. Apart from that I had a lovely stay. »

« We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!! »

« A well managed hotel which is part of a beautiful country mansion, Friendly and diligent staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of thoughtful touches, generous tea and coffee supplies, bottle of water, clothes brushes, trouser press and ironing facilities, great for a special event! Peaceful setting in lush gardens. Fab breakfast, wide choice of food and all perfectly cooked. »

« Good accommodation, just needs a little updating. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. »
