Located in Playa Guiones, Nosara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Casa Los Feliz is a spacious and elegant vacation home that balances comfort, privacy, and convenience. With an area of over 4,500 sq. feet (420 m²), this beach house was designed for those who want to fully enjoy the Nosara lifestyle, just a few minutes’ walk from the surf and Guiones downtown.

Casa Los Feliz features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house. A private office provides a quiet space for remote work or study. The house also includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors.

Guests can enjoy the inviting swimming pool, BBQ area, and sunny terrace with lounge chairs. The home also provides security, private parking for two cars, and a surfboard rack for surfers.

Casa Los Feliz is located just a 4-minute walk through Olas Verdes Hotel or a 5-minute walk through Baker’s Beach entrance. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, yoga studios, and a surf school.
There is one master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Three additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. A private office that can be used as extra space if needed. The house has a total capacity for up to 8 guests and includes four full bathrooms.

The home is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. It offers high-speed internet (Wi-Fi 300 Mbps), three televisions, and a safe box. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, wine cooler, and all necessary utensils. A washer, dryer, and ironing station are also available. Guests will find a surfboard rack, a swimming pool with BBQ area and sun deck, as well as a garage for two cars within a gated and secure property.

The rental includes two complimentary daily hours of housekeeping service, six days per week. Additional cleaning, cooking, and babysitting services are available for a fee.

For convenience and lighter packing, the house provides towels, pool towels, and biodegradable soap, shampoo, and rinses.
