« Appartement très bien équipé disposant d’un parking sur place, d’une salle de sport, piscine, salle de jeu etc… Lumineux avec beaucoup d’espace et lave linge et sèche-linge! Parfait pour faire une halte. Proche de Muséum District et de Montrose: quartiers d’intérêt à Houston. Seul bémol: le quartier étant celui du médical center, hélicoptères et ambulances au rdv non stop! »

« The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross...

« I had 2 appointments at MD Anderson on a Tuesday and Thursday at the main building and Mays Clinic. 5 Minute drive. Great location for the ease of getting to the Medical Center. The apartment was perfect. We would book this location again. »

« Cute little apartment with great security. Gated entrance and gated access to residence. Property is a little dated needing some remodeling with bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Location was perfect to all events in and around Houston. Owner quick to respond to requests. Would stay again! »

« My husband and I had a wonderful time in the downtown area. Our host was wonderful and very timely in answering any questions. While we weren’t in the apartment a ton, we did enjoy the quiet and cozy accommodations. My only suggestions to the owner would be to have a keypad for the door instead of a lockbox, and a more comfy couch/sitting area. It would have been nice to lounge in the living area and watch tv without feeling the couch springs. Overall, a recommended place to stay. Easy access...

« Good: Excellent communication-Charles was quick to respond if we had questions. Convenient location-we we’re at MD Anderson and it took us less than 5mins to get there each day. Space as described Bad: Bathtub seal does not hold water well, and hot water runs out before tub is 1/2 full. Dogs barking late at night Loud drilling sound off and on all day/night, only audible in bedroom. Possibly a/c unit? Or from the unit next door? Exit gate was not working the first morning we left, BUT...

« Hotel très propre petit-déjeuner très correct. Gaufre céréales œuf brouillé saucisse pomme de terre pain confiture yaourt...et même de la chantilly pour mettre sur les gaufres.. Le hall et la cuisine pour déjeuner sont très propres. La chambre est correcte et le lit confortable sans être non plus formidable mais c'est acceptable. Seul petit problème cela sent la fumée de cigarette dans la chambre »
