« Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport. »

« Perfect location, right on the prom overlooking the sea and estuary. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and decorated. Great cafe which is attached to the cafe, which residents can access directly. Had a great breakfast butty there. Host Allison was extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty private parking. Just be careful when you fling back the curtains if you have a sea view... you are literally overlooking lots of dog walkers, children going to the beach etc! Make sure you are decent 😆....

« Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money. Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky. TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer. A few minor issues that could be improved upon are; TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible. There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc. There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night,...

Across the road from bus stop coastal route to Berwick on Tweed & Newcastle via coastal towns and villages. 20 mins bus ride away from Alnmouth station with trains to Berwick and Edinburgh. I had a wonderful week there. »

« A very nice hotel. Ian, the proprietor, welcomed me with tea and a scone. The room was comfortable and the breakfast could not have boin better. Plenty of choice. Entry is up some stone steps, but I was ableto drive up to the top to unload. The view fro. My window was iconic. Overlooking Rothbury, a quintessential English village. Reasonable rates. Whats not to love. Try it, you wont be disappointed. »

"The staff were very friendly, and the location is dreamy – Seahouses is a charming seaside town with a lively main street, easy access to pubs, and the inn’s restaurant has a genuinely lovely view of the sea. Unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. Our room (39) was cramped, with stuffy air and no real comfort. Instead of the second double/sofa bed described, we were given a bunk bed – not at all what we expected, and a very unpleasant surprise. To make things worse, the room was at street level, looking out directly onto an unattractive parking lot and intersection, rather than the sea view we had hoped for. For the price and reputation, I expected much more. While the staff and location deserve praise, the accommodation itself fell far below expectations."
