« As per main comments, some of the soft furnishings, particularly the sofas are past their best and require renewal. Both bathroom’s flooring could do with replacement and some remedial work to address blackened silicone sealant etc. is required. The lodge is still nice but starting to look slightly tired in places. Not a big task to get it to an excellent standard once again. »

« House was a good size for a group of 10 having 5 good sized bedrooms, most with en suite. The kids loved the top floor. We didn't use the play room but it would be great if older kids wanted their own space. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need. Lounge and dining room room were also very functional. Parking for 4 cars is behind the house. Any more than that may be awkward as it's a busy area.
