« I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. « This is an exceptional hotel that is more than worth the money. The food was excellent and was a part of the room stay. We had a supper buffet and breakfast buffet. It wasn’t just donuts. « Everything was great but when I booked the room, and I made sure to double check, the checkout time was listed as 12 noon. At 10:55 am someone was knocking on the door saying checkout time was 11:00 am which would be standard. I explained what I saw on the website and the lady said ok, stay until 12 noon. After that as I showered was trying to get my clothes on and I got two more calls from a male telling me it was past 11:00 am. It was like borderline harassment. »
