« We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. « Rooms were well maintained, clean and spacious. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was great, lots of options to meet any personal preference. »

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

« Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms. »

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »
