« Had difficulty with app but unit spotless. There was a crack in internal garage access door, light in front bedroom not working, toilet paper roll loose and some mould in back bathroom. As the unit seemed new these are not criticisms but feedback brought to Helens attention which she acknowledged straight back. Helen is on these issues and they did not impede on our stay. We would stay there again if in the area. »

« The air conditioner in my bedroom dripped on me for the first night. The next 30 hours we had no power but all of the units surrounding us had power. The host kept saying thanks for your patience but we had to buy power banks to charge our phones, swelter in rooms with no power, all of our food went off in the fridge and freezer.
