« Overall, not a perfect experience. The suite (their most expensive room) is nicely decorated but not that big. Breakfast for ok, but nothing extraordinary and sometimes strange (no one wants blueberry pancakes for breakfast). Also had an issue with my room so I had to switch rooms. Took quite a long time for them to react. The only guy at the front desk who really cared was the probably middle management guy (dark short hair, black shirt, 35 years old) who was great (forgot his name sorry). Was...

« In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel?? »

« The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast. »

« The location is good , it’s clean but room is outdated . Staying for 3 nights and only 1 roll of toilet paper given is ridiculous or otherwise they will charge you for 2 dollars extra to have a toilet paper roll. No cleaning of room until the duration of your stay and you pay when changing towels. »

« high floor and nice sunset. Perfect ! »

« Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern. »

« Tres bon rapport qualite prix Tres propre et Tres bon service »
