« Love this hotel, modern and VERY clean. The area is also very nice—Capital Grille is a10 second walk (they share the same parking lot) from the Lively. My wife and I stayed in the Studio Suite and beyond spacious, huge living area with a mini fridge. The restaurant is very nice as well and has a bar as well The only minor downside is it’s about 35 minutes away from OU, but still plan on staying there on our next visit. Highly Recommend! »

« Clean and well kept property. Good breakfast. Fire alarm went off twice during the night staff at desk dudnt seem to know really what to do. »

« This is a nice hotel in a good location and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and we were glad we stopped by to get something to eat before leaving. The only negative I noticed was stains on the couch and chair in our room. At breakfast I noticed most of the chairs were also covered in stains. I would recommend to the hotel to clean upholstery periodically. The items mentioned didn’t appear to have ever been cleaned. »
