« The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location »

« This hotel is actually two, a four seasons and a Radisson put together becoming 1 hotel just a month ago so there’s lots of changes happening. Things are being fixed and staff are being changed but the room.was great and the bed the best and besides a full hotel it was very quiet in the room. Yogesh the Mgr, try’s very hard to resolve issues shud they come up. I wud certainly stay again because I rested so well. »
