« The bathroom floor in my room was nasty. I needed to contact guest services, but the phone in my room didn’t work. There was a random alarm of unknown source that kept sounding. The overall property was nice and the waterpark was great, but honestly not worth what I spend on the room. »

« Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. « We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees".
