« our second stay at this lovely, centrally located property! the breakfasts are out of this world, the beds are so cozy, and the property itself is sooooo pretty! 100% worth the price! »

« Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend to be within easy drive or Pedernales State Park, Balcones Wildlife Refuge and the local wineries in the area. As the review title states....this experience was a mixed bag. I can't say there was good and bad, rather there was good and somewhat frustrating......but not bad. The Good: Property is definitely unique. Very clever setup and we didn't feel cramped being just the two of us and two small dogs Appliances are new and the hotplate and toaster...

« Once we found it - not easy because of trash can blocking gate - entry was straightforward. Parking and alley access were not an issue, but the alley itself was a little sketchy. Entrance needs some landscaping upkeep. Apartmnet was as shown in pictures. Nice kitchenette and appliances. Bathroom was very nice. AC worked well. Couch was a little large for the space and quite uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed is in serious need of replacement. The floor also needs some maintenance as...

« Great place to stay...we really enjoyed the weekend. Convenient to everything in south Austin. Quiet. Parking steps from the door. Comfy & cozy. The owner/management provided great communication. I recommend it. »

« This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive. »

« This is an oasis at the edge of a city. With a lily pond and beautiful grounds. If you want to feel like you’re in a home and not a tiny condo this is your place. It’s very unique on the outside with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Washer and dryer iron board really everything you need. I wanted to South Congress and went shopping. Had a fabulous meal Uber back and it was only five dollars for the Uber. Went walking every day on the walking trails along the river. This is my...

« The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The check in was effortless and all directions were clearly shared in advance. The property is quiet and serene. The outdoor space and pool were a nice bonus. The location is 1 mile to Lake Georgetown and a 5 to 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Georgetown center is a 20 minute drive and has great restaurants and shops. »

« The relaxing atmosphere of the country while in close proximity to all the activities and sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all necessities provided. I look forward to staying again when I return to the area. Perfect for just me. »

« It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. »

"Hôtel magnifique, tout est superbe, la déco de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Bien situé malgré la route très passante à côté. On peut tout faire à pied. Si je dois revenir à Austin je réserverai à nouveau ici"
