« I was expecting a whole different view. The room was nice, except for the bed frame which got walked into as it stuck out further than the mattress. The towels were clean but weren't the best looking,needed to be bleached or whitened. »

Neither room we were offered upon check-in had the barn door for privacy in the second bedroom. Hardware was broken and hanging off the walls. The host Josh was very accommodating in letting us switch from room 108 to room 109 since the bedroom door opening offered slightly more privacy. « First of all, entered the room and smelled a musty odor. Looked at the carpet and it was filthy. It was not vacuumed and there were bits of paper and grass fibers covering the full floor. Called the local manager and he had to bring his vacuum to clean the floor. Also noticed a large wet spot on the carpet. I think this is where the musty smell came from. We were given the wrong address and the home resident that we ended up at, told us it had not been a viable place to stay for awhile. The door code did not open the door. We could not see inside the room. There was no one to help us as the front office looked dilapidated and empty. « Communication and getting access to the room was great! When I got there the carpeting had not been vacuumed, there was hair and a bug (not a bedbug) in the bed. The housekeeper changed everything and vacuumed. Then it was much better. »
