« The room was excellent. The location could not have been better, and it was a beautiful space. The only real complaint was the Internet and TV. The Internet service was terrible!! When it worked it was really slow. I would have called to see if anyone could address the problem, but the staff were not available after 8PM. « I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. « Enjoyed the hot tub the evening I checked in. The breakfast was a typical continental, but all fresh stuff and tasty. Staff was excellent, building clean, and we really liked the room. Will use again when in Duluth. »
