« We had a great stay in LA at this property. Great location for a Dodgers game, and incredibly thorough and attentive hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Erin and Kristian! »

They claimed to have told VRBO this issue and said they assumed VRBO had talked to me about it. Which was all not true. I have screenshots and more and...

« I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...
