« This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...

« No Breakfast here. Fine with me. Swam in the pool. Room very clean and comfortable. Parking easily accessible with security. Elevators worked great, as we were on the 6th floor. Go in the side door if you don't want to walk through the slot machines : ) »

« Beautiful hotel, brand new so still very nice. The casino, however, was not very generous. I think they are trying to pay off the place. Also, not a lot of food options, and none of the rooms have a lake view. »

« Surprised that room is considered a AirB&B. No staff found. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had limited cold items, but coffee was excellent. »

« Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you »

« There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded. The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels. The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed. »
