Safety hazards in the grass I.E. a stack of shingles in front , scrap metal in back, large crack between dining area and living area, broken down R.V. next to house, bugs in kitchen on walls, 40 foot drop down a rocky cliff to the water. Price was ok for the view and hot tub. »
