« Hotel in desperate need of repairs and serious customer service training for staff. Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE. Breakfast is the same every morning an elevator is out of service(burning rubber smell and jolted ride on one that...

« Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again. »

« The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid. »

« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...

« We were on a girls trip for bachelorette. Ac in room was broken, offered new room but ac also broken in that one. First room smelled bad musty and was so humid even the maintenance man made a comment about smell. Front desk was very unhelpful and did not care. Had to switch to a different hotel at 10pm on first night. At least they gave refund. Wasted 3 hours of our trip on this mess. Highly recommend Comfort Inn which is the hotel we switched to. »

« This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. The hallways were nasty and the room smelled bad. The rink sprayed clean, but the smell was awful. The area of town no longer seems very safe. Had I been traveling alone I would have left immediately. The only reason I stayed was because my husband was with me and we had to be at the airport at 5am and it was...

« Don’t request a room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff will then give you a room BY the elevator and the ice machine. Toilet was clogged in the evening, housekeeper knocked in the early a.m. Location was great. breakfast was decent. Special request ignored. »
