« Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the housekeeping did not visit rooms every day. Even though towels and toilet paper were brought to room, I don't like having to ask for them. Also, room trash bins need emptied everyday. However, when traveling to Siloam Springs AR, I will definitely stay at the Hampton again. Because of your great staff. »

« We were in town for my cousins’s wedding and from the very beginning, the staff was friendly helpful. The room was clean and breakfast area in the morning was clean and the person in charge of it was working diligently on making sure everything was as ready as possible. « The rooms have been recently updated and are very clean. The outside of the hotel faced an RV park which felt a bit awkward to have people looking at you as you were entering/exiting the rooms. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful with an issue with the TV. It was overall very quiet during out stay. The continental breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The kids were coming in after a concert and didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the host was incredibly accommodating and understanding about the late check-in.
