« This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). « Extremely disappointed by the overall experience here. First, the bathroom in the main lobby had poop all over the women’s toilet. Absolutely disgusting to see. Then the rooms were ridiculously loud above and around us. I had to ask for help to quiet the guests around 8 times and NOTHING came from it. « Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you »

« Lobby was beautiful, coffee always available, clean room. Good location. Food options nearby, parks and walking trail nearby. »
