« Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Space is very small but lives well, the patio and dock are great. Master bed is a little firm so plan accordingly. If you have a long vehicle backing down the very steep driveway is recommended. »

« Great stay. House was easy to find and was clean and spacious. There is a good size dining room table and the living room/bedroom furniture was comfortable. We had a great time in the hot tub and enjoyed our time exploring the lake and surrounding area. »

« Just finished our stay at the Orchard Park Cottage. It was amazing. The property was beautiful. Perfect mornings with coffee on the porch watching the horses. Family of 6 stayed comfortably. Kitchen had ample supplies. Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator did not get super cold. Location was perfect a little drive if you are going to downtown Lexington. Scenery is worth the drive. We will definitely be back. Big thanks to Allison the farm manager so helpful. »

Outdoorsy setting with a lovely creek flowing right outside. The brown water boys from Michigan truly enjoyed the venue and responsiveness of our hostess / host. Much appreciated! »

« 3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to...

« When we arrive on Saturday, the smell inside the house was very offputting. We almost had to leave. I believe the smell was from the fact that the house was closed up and the house is old. There needs to be some ventilation while the house is closed. We lit candles and opened up the house and then the smell was bearable.Also, the beds were very small.
