It's proximity to the wineries, distilleries and lake Erie was amazing. Everything was only minutes away. We can't wait to come back and just escape for another long weekend »

« Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie. Expired milk in refrigerator, ashes near the fireplace, and ALOT of Dead flies and all other sorts of bugs were on the stove,...

« Good - smelled verry good - clean - friendly staff -nice freshly painted parking -very nice looking room, felt like a little appartment - really cool lights Bad - walls not very sound proof - acces to room from outside only - in the middle of nowhere - outside pool had a lot of bugs in it and is in the middle of the parking lot - no high chairs Overall good experience, for the price breakfast could have more options.( toast, waffle, cereal, yougourt were the options) »

« The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. « I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay. »
