Hôtel propre, bien calme, bien situé à 2 pas de Times Square. Par contre attente trop longue pour les ascenseurs plus trop de monde pour le petit déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petite pour accueillir tous les gens de l'hôtel, trop d'attente le matin pour avoir une table. Petit déjeuner copieux mais peu de sucré, à part les muffins et les gaufres où on attend pour avoir un gaufrier.

Très bien situé. Malheureusement, manque de place importante lors du déjeuner inclus. Les ascenseurs sont épouvantablement longues aux heures de pointe (attente de 20 à 30 minutes. J ai du demander trois fois qu on change notre séchoir défectueux.

Hotel très bien mais avec des bémols
Hotel super bien placé. Prestations tout à fait correctes pour le tarif proposé. Quelques bémols : 1 - Les chambres sont prévues pour dormir à 4, mais elles sont un peu petites pour stocker/manipuler les bagages pour 4 (pour une semaine).. 2 - La ventilation est extremement bruyante, ce qui est extremement dommage étant donné que la chambre est très bien insonorisée. 3 - La gestion des ascenseurs est désastreuse... on a du descendre plusieurs fois du 19 ème étage parce qu'aucun des 6 ascenseurs n'était arrivé au bout de 10 min.

Très bien situé, très bon petit déjeuner
Séjour parfait. Hôtel très propre et très bien situé à 1min de Times square. Même si il est très proche , hôtel pas bruyant . Excellent petit déjeuner . Il y a de tout même des sandwichs , pratique pour le p’tit creux de journée . Seul bémol les lits et le ménage ne sont pas fait chaque jour, peut être n’avons nous pas compris cela fonctionne ,peut être qu’il faut en faire la demande, mais nous sommes restés que deux nuits, on va pas se plaindre pour si peu. Si j’y retourne c’est celui là sans hésitation.

Une catastrophe l hôtel ma ventilation on se croyait dans un avion . Impossible de régler la ventilation. De plus nous avons eu 2 fois l alarme incendie qui a sonné dans la chambre la nuit c etait affreux obligé d’aller à la réception voir ce qui se passait sur 5 nuit 2 nuits réveillé par l alarme et les autres jours la climatisation qui fait un bruit d enfer

The only problem was the free breakfast. Since there are 2 hotels in 1 (Hampton Inn and Home 2), a LOT of people are there for the free breakfast. I had to wait at least 20 minutes in line to make waffles. There was a long lineup to get beverages. There are two floors of tables for the customers, and both were full. We ended up finding a spot to sit, but the whole breakfast situation was a waste of time. Not worth the wait unless you are on a super tight budget. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere the next morning. Unless you go between 6:00 and 7:00, it will be too crowded. Same for the elevators. In the morning, they are always full and you have to wait 3-4 rides before there is one that can fit you in! We figured out that it was better to go through the door that led to Home 2 (the other hotel) and use their elevators that were always empty. Besides that, great spot that is close to everything. Clean. Staff was nice and polite.

Petit déjeuné c’est toujours la même chose , pas beaucoup de gluten free. Niveau propreté de la chambre c’est pas ça …. Il y’a des jours où ils ont à peine fait le lit à tél point qu’un enfant aurait fait mieux …. Et en prime ils ont pris un short de pyjama et un gant de toilette dans la douche alors qu’ils n’ont pas de gant de toilette et que on ne les a pas retrouvé et que aucune solution nous a été proposé même pas un geste rien du tout …..

Gros problème d’air conditionné
L’emplacement est top, le petit dej buffet très bien aussi, la literie confortable et la chambre propre. Par contre gros problème avec l’air conditionné : souffle en continu et très souvent fort! Trop chaud dans la chambre, impossible de le régler ou de l’éteindre même après passage d’un technicien. On se levait le matin le visage tout gonflé. Dommage pour l’économie d’énergie! L’ascenseur est assez galère aussi, ça peut devenir l’enfer dès qu’il y a du monde.

Hôtel de hauts niveaux, service incroyable, toujours une personne pour nous aider . Chambre petite pour 4 personnes, mais une très bonne qualité de chambre. Le petit point négatif, c’est que pour le déjeuner, faut y aller tôt, car beaucoup d’achalandage en milieu d’AM. Aussi faut utiliser le stationnement public sur la 53e ,moins dispendieux que celui offert par l'hôtel.

Rooms are small but that’s expected for the location which was perfect being right off of Times Square! The only downside was the lack of cold AC in the rooms, the temperature wouldn’t go below 70 degrees at any point during our stay which is not great sleeping conditions.

Hotel is in a great spot that is very walkable to Times Square, and Broadway as well as plenty of other bars and restaurants. We found the hotel to be quite clean and modern. The elevator system is an absolute shamozle. Just go back to the old button system. Staff at check in were not very friendly. Doesn't hurt to smile every now and again. Rooms are very small but we were expecting that being NYC. They are however very smartly designed - no complaints there. Rooftop bar was awesome with a good vibe and nice bartenders.

Great location. Liked the fact that breakfast is included. Very clean. Rooms are not big, but, i wasn't there to hang out in the room. View from the patio bar on the roof, stunning. I would definitely stay there again.

Einzigartig ist die Nähe zum Time Square und Brodway. Um etwas zu erleben, geht man einfach vor die Tür. Mittendrin statt nur dabei!

Small room but functional and clean. Very noisy. Air con unable to switch off properly. Long queues to check in. Breakfast crowded and awful food choice. Avoid if vegan. Go to cafes around corner. Pizza shop opposite. Hotel right next to broadway and times square. Baggage man was really helpful when my booked car failed to arrive and got me a taxi to airport. Plan extra time as roadworks in and out manhatten to jfk awful. Bus around manhatten easy, use contactless card at entry, cheap and air conditioned. Need 3 hrs plus for met, lovely helpful staff. Guggenheim disappointing and staff rude. Moma excellent. New york is very polluted with car fumes and stinks. Avoid if bad chest.
