Bugs dirty funky smell I sent photos and complained nothing I spent over $400 and they are doing nothing. I'm so upset I'm pregnant and just wanted to have a nice relaxing time and instead I'm stuck Ina unit that has bed bugs in the couch and no hot water int he show we r and it's so dusty nasty covered in food and random stains ... Worst experience ever
Overall decent experience
Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again
Nice place. Biggest concern was security. Front door DID NOT LATCH. Major concern. In fact I remember that not being latched for a Mardi Gras parade last year. My friend was looking for a restroom.
I like the location of the loft. When we first came inside the room had a very bad smell. The odor never went away. Parking lot is a short walk but cost $50 a night per vehicle. Plus if you drive around you have to pay additional parking even if you have a 24 hr pass.
Overall we spent $150 in parking for the 2 nights.
The apartment was neat, spacious, clean and safe. Big kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Even washer and drier available inside the apartment. The area has close-by transportation and walking distance from the busy French Quarter. Some noise from the street can be heard early in the morning.
good price for the area. The condo developed an active leak during our stay and management was difficult to get a hold of to fix. We'd stay here again for the price point but it's nothing to write home about.
The lofts was perfect for our 5 day trip. The unit had everything as described: towels, linens, kitchen well equipped with all essentials, bed was comfy, private and quiet. Excellent deal for price. We normally stay at Marriotts but this time we opted for this loft and we thought was a better deal. Windows are older style single pane and allowed noise in but we managed. Small complex so it was easy and short distance to get in to elevator and to out unit and very much enjoyed it especially when traveling with 2 large suitcases. Walking distance to everything especially trolleys. Would come back to this complex and would highly recommend it.
The location was very convenient and check-in was easy. It had a great kitchen and living room area, plus the bathroom was huge and super nice.
Overall we loved it; except...
The bed was probably THE worst I've ever slept in in a rental, even in discount motels. The mattress was literally about three inches thick on top of springs. There was also a rickety futon which one of us tried sleeping on since the bed was so uncomfortable but it was no better.
To make matters worse, our window was right outside of a loading area in the building next door. We listened to trucks backing in, beeping and unloading at all hours of the night, as well as lots of street noise from traffic. I guess that's to be expected somewhat given the location but it didn't seem that the building was very soundproof.
