Very pleased with everything. I actually arrived earlier than expected. I needed a restroom so I went in to ask about using one and explained I would be checking in in about 45 minutes. The lady did better and checked to see if a room was ready. The breakfast was great and the room and bed were comfortable. If I'm in the area again, this is where I'll stay.

The hotel had ample parking and staff were very nice. Also, the breakfast was great, possibly one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. The only negative to this stay was the excessive noise from the busy road and trains.

The staff at this hotel are so kind. Ms. Alicia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I love that they have fans in the rooms. We stayed two nights in a suite and it fit our family of five perfectly. The area can be a little noisy with traffic at night, but I am sure that is true in most places in New Orleans.

We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The entire strip is covered with restaurants and shopping centers. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because you can hear the train but after long nights out and about you start to not notice it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was not very clean. Stains on everything from curtains, couches, bed spread, and walls. I felt I could not walk without shoes on as the carpet was just as bad. I’m thankful this was only a one night. For what we got, the price was very high and I expected more.

Initially we were disappointed because we had reserved a two double bed rooms but when we checked in, they put us in a room with one king bed with sleeper sofa (which is not comfortable) but the employees at front desk were very friendly and explained that all other rooms were booked because of Spring Break. Our room was overall clean (carpets need deep cleaning, though) and this was just a one night stay. Overall the accommodation was good, the breakfast was excellent with many options, and the property is in great condition.

Everything about my stay at The Hamptons Inn was wonderful. I stayed for two nights for a quick “getaway” lol; for my birthday. The staff was friendly, the rooms were BEYOND my expectations. I had a king suite and when I say the room was big?? It was big! The little kitchenette— the bedroom, the bathroom, everything was amazing I didn’t wanna leave. Breakfast was also delicious, and the staff is very friendly. And even though it was cold out and I couldn’t enjoy it, the pool was VERY clean and the sitting area was really nice as well. There’s restaurants all around and a Walmart right around the corner. Truly my “home away from home” type of hotel lol! The price was definitely worth it considering everything that came with it. The ONLY*** complaint I have is not having smart TVs lol— but the 4K LG tv in the bedroom was amazing regardless and the tv in the living area. I still can’t get over how clean the bathroom was. And the housekeeping staff was really nice as well— they get you what you need and fast too. If this hotel isn’t your first choice, please reconsider. DEFINITELY staying again, and soon!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again when in the area. It is super quiet, really clean and next to a ton of dining options.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was nice a lot of shopping we had a king suite which was very nice very clean. I would recommend.

This place was clean. Great staff and breakfast was different every morning. I would highly recommended. Girls cheer leading competition was going on and still hallways quiet, lobby clean and no problems. I will stay again
