« the whole house was clean and host very helpful.The conservatory was great to sit in. Location is great too.Only thing I would say is that if 6 adults are staying it probably needs another shower! The bathroom only has a tub and a handheld shower! We all used the en suite shower! Not a big problem and we managed. The bathrooms were very clean! The kitchen had everything you could want! »

« This is one of those rare properties that you almost don't want to review - in case the secret gets out! Really enjoyed our stay here - so much that we've already booked a longer stay for next year.It is as described - a tranquil setting in 14 acres of it's own land - lovely for us and especially for the dog.The spacious premises are well appointed and the barn has a nice 'warm' feel to it »

« The cottage had everything we needed for the week; beds were very comfortable, a lovely courtyard garden which was a sun trap. It’s also close to all the amenities in Lymington (in walking distance). Richard was an excellent host; gave us concise information on the cottage, local area, dining out options and offered personal help when I experienced a problem with my car on the day of arrival. We would definitely book this cottage again. »

« Enjoyable stay and very helpful host. Property is as described and true to the pictures in the listing. Would book again.The entrance to the property was a little trick to find the first time. If you need an exact point using ///sunbeam.prove.park on what three words.I recommend bringing beach appropriate footwear for the beaches which are close. »
