« The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. »

« We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic. My family had a much needed rest and it was in great surroundings, would love to stay again perhaps for longer next time. Thank you Ian and his team »

« The stables are in an amazing location. Right on Lyndhurst high street. The kitchen and living spaces were brilliant for our large group of 16 adults and 10 kids. Loads of seating. Loads of plates, mugs, glasses. Plenty of parking - easily managed 7 cars.But the standard of cleanliness was very poor, particularly in the bedrooms. We found empty vapes, dirty tissues and cotton buds, cigarettes, nasty stains on the floors and more worryingly, the condition of the mattresses. Some looked like...

« Sea salt chalet is the ideal place for an extended family holiday. It has an enclosed rear garden with play equipment as well as a playroom for little ones to enjoy some space of their own. There is a large open plan living/kitchen/diner for family gatherings and the bedrooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We only stayed for a few days but would recommend for short breaks or longer holidays. Great communication with the property manager. Thank you! »
