« We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking. »

« Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. « The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability.
