« Stayed over for a night whilst travelling back from a trip to Scotland. A great B & B which I can’t recommend highly enough. From meeting Susan on arrival where she showed off our room. Whilst cosy, everything was pristine! A comfy bed and great breakfast the next morning topped off a great stay. « I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. »

« A 200 year old pub and inn - interesting ! Unfortunately our room was fairly horrible, we definitely got the hotels.com room : 200 year old mattress, wall view, kitchen vents under the window and lots of noise when we (or the neighbours) ran any water. Food in the evening was good and breakfast ok (very dingy dining room). Everything needs an overhaul. The staff were great though ! »
