Please note: Exterior enhancements are currently underway on the east side of the building (MonâFri, 8amâ4pm). All guest units, including this penthouse, are located on the west side facing Baha Mar, well away from the renovation area. There is no impact on your room or access to any amenities; your comfort remains our top priority. For added peace of mind, the suite uses a privacy-safe Minut device to monitor noise and environment (decibel only, no recording).

Please do remember, this is a family building, please be respectful to the other owners. Remember, you are sharing the premises with owners who take pride in their home, we do ask that you follow these simple house rules:
*QUIET HOURS: please refrain from making noise after 11 PM till 8 AM
*PARTIES: parties are not permitted in any of our suites
*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances
*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool
*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby
*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite
*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy
*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase
