Convenable
Hôtel convenable pour une nuit au bord de la route. Lits et salle de bain propres, pas bruyant malgré l’autoroute à proximité. Chambres vieillissantes, ménage pas exceptionnel. Le personnel ne portait pas de masque, ni la plupart des personnes croisées dans l’hôtel. Arrivés tard et repartis tôt, c’est ok.

We stayed at this hotel for a tournament our son. It was busy but it was nice and clean the whole weekend. The breakfast was greag even though both mornings it was busy. It was even quiet most of the time with all the boys that were staying there.

The mattress was like concrete. Staff was nice and switched rooms for our second nights stay but it wasn’t better. Staff was friendly but there was no sleep at the sleep inn cause of the mattress. My back hurt horribly from the mattress which was very dirty disappointing. I won’t stay there again.

We had an ok stay, a bit noisier than we would have preferred with people running and talking in the hallway and outside near outside near our window at a time we were trying to go sleep to wake up early to continue our travels. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, especially if you are on the road this might not be your top choice.

They told me the room type I reserved was not available because I had a pet - which I communicated when making the reservation. They charged me the same rate for a lesser quality room. I reserved a king suite and was given a room with 2 double beds. The room wreaked of wet dog smell. The sink drain was broken. The pool was 58 degrees. I would never stay here or book with this hotel chain again.

We only stayed here for one night after I got out of eye surgery - and left very early next morning for a follow-up appt. with Dr....bed was super comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent as was hot water...very quiet...breakfast was good also...easy check-in and out...front desk staff very friendly...would stay here again if needed

Busy checkin time 6:30pm but staff made it as quick as possible. Room was nice and clean❤️ Not really much area to walk our dog as there is very little green space around the hotel. Nice that Cracker Barrel was within walking distance.

The check in/out was pleasant, the staff was very nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfy.

We were on the second floor and walking from the elevator to our room, the floor was uneven under the carpet. If I stayed here again, I would require a room on the first floor. The floor upstairs did not feel solid under foot.

The snowstorm kind of put a damper on the parking and the cleanliness of the entryway and not, but it was wonderful. They were very friendly and I can actually get there and park with no problem. I really appreciate it because a lot of the hotels were booked and then I don’t know what I would’ve done and unless you guys were open with rooms.
