Hôtel agréable avec navette vers Downtown
Un très bel hôtel, une grande chambre (mais qui n'a pas pu fournir de lit bébé à notre fille de un an). Une piscine, un bain à remous. Un petit déjeuner vraiment bien fourni et varié...mais qui termine à 9h précise (tôt lorsque vous êtes en vacances). L'hôtel est éloigné de Downtown, mais propose une navette à 15$ (allé/retour) très appréciable.

The property is nice, average. I liked the daily cocktails in the afternoon. The reason I rated this hotel low is due to the fact that they charge for storage - 3$ per piece of luggage (in cash only) on the day of check in and the day of check out. Their excuse was a small storage room, but in both days that we paid - we were the only stored luggage in a huge room. This ruined the stay for us,

Very comfortable beds, very clean. 2 free happy hour drinks were a nice unexpected bonus. We stayed 6 days, breakfast was always delicious, with many choices. Coffee was great too. The pool was nice, very clean, quiet and relaxing 😎.

The ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Room service is hit or miss. Not walkable for dining options. Hotel is showing its age and could use some updates, Strangest thing was how high the bed in the room is. The top of the bed was at waist height so had to jump up onto the bed

After I booked the hotel I read the reviews which were horrible. I almost canceled based on those bad reviews. I’m really happy with the hotel and the hotel staff. I will definitely stay again if I come to Nashville. It was definitely worth it. They accommodated all my requests and I was impressed with the two free drinks daily at Happy Hour. You can’t make everyone happy and I’m not saying this is a 5 star hotel but the cost, location and amenities were perfect for me.
