Très haut niveau
Nous avons passé un week-end romantique dans ce hotel. Le cadre est vraiment de haut standing: superbe position dominant la baie de Naples, décoration remarquable, personnel extrêmement disponible. Seul bémol, le rooftop qui fait du bruit pour les chambres juste en dessous, mais le changement de chambre s'est fait sans problèmes.

Hôtel 5 étoiles ? Il en vaut 3 Froid, aussi bien l’accueil que le lobby et la chambre. Capsule usagée du précédent client dans la cafetière. Tâches douteuses sur les serviettes. Fauteuil de la chambre sales. Manque le nécessaire de toilette. A part changer les serviettes le matin et retaper le lit, rien d’autre n’est fait. J’ai malheureusement du le prendre 2 nuits de plus à mon grand regret. Chambre facturée 460€ par nuit. Mais payée 280€ au final Même à ce prix, cela ne les vaut pas. Ça fait cher la vue mer. Pour le petit-déjeuner j’ai préféré m’en passer, je n’avais aucune envie de demander à l’accueil où il fallait le prendre tant le personnel est peu sympathique. Très très mauvaise expérience,

Monsieur, Madame, nous vous savons gré de nous avoir laissé vos commentaires, une trace précieuse à suivre dans notre parcours vers l’excellence. The Britannique et Naples se fondent l’une dans l’autre au biais des couleurs de la ville qui pénètrent dans le bâtiment grâce aux grandes vitres de son corps central mais aussi aux vivaces couleurs de ses lobbies, du vert intense au rouge lave au bleu mer qui se réfléchissent dans les miroirs insérés dans les jambages. Les chambres, par contre, jouissent d’une blancheur qui a le but de capturer et réfléchir la lumière du soleil du midi et le bleu ciel avec des points de couleurs dans le tapisseries, à l’exclusion des suites « Mythe » qui se présentent coloriées grâce à des boiseries élégantes. Nous regrettons si vous avez perçu donc les espaces de l’hôtel froids et nous aurions pu vous proposer une chambre qui corresponde davantage à vos goûts. Nous avons de même pris note des inconvénients vécus dans votre chambre, nous excusant pour un tel défaut inacceptable, vous assurant qu’il s’agit d’un cas isolé, étant donné que la propreté et la désinfection – selon les sévères standards de Hilton Clean Stay – enregistrent presque 100% de satisfaction de nos clients. De même, avec regret nous apprenons que vous avez renoncé à jouir du petit déjeuner qui se déroule au roof garden del l’hôtel, au restaurant Le Pavillon, dont le parois et le plafond vitrés sont le cadre idéal pour un début de journée exceptionnel, goutant les délicatesses italiennes et napolitaines, accompagnées d’un choix de produits internationaux sélectionnés par notre Executive Chef, tout en admirant le panorama de Sorrente à Capri. Enfin, notre personnel a été choisi sur la base non seulement de l’expérience mais surtout de la passion qui l’anime pour l’hospitalité, enthousiaste de pouvoir répondre aux exigences de nos clients, avec la chaleur et le sens de l’accueil caractéristique de l’esprit napolitain. C’est avec chagrin que nous apprenons d’avoir déçu vos attentes et nous nous excusons pour un tel manque. Nous réviserons avec notre équipe cet aspect afin que tout esprit d’hospitalité soit restauré comme d’habitude. Sans doute un des meilleurs hôtels de Naples. Confort et services d’exception. Vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Naples, une façon unique et raffinée de trouver le calme et la tranquillité au cœur d’une métropole effervescente et bruyante. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel de luxe mérite aussi d’être relevé. Deux petits regrets : le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant er le roof top est encombré d’une construction récente qui oblitéré la vue.

Nous sommes au regret de découvrir votre petite déception. Le Pavillon est l'endroit où il est possible de savourer notre petit-déjeuner ; en été, il se prolonge à l'extérieur sur la terrasse. Situé au 5ème étage, il est entièrement vitré et c'est ici que Naples se confond avec l'hôtel, créant une atmosphère unique et suggestive. Le petit-déjeuner, disponible tous les matins de 7h30 à 11h00, propose une variété de pâtisseries napolitaines typiques, en plus de la sélection internationale classique. En ce sens, la saisonnalité et l'assortiment des produits est une priorité pour nous. Par conséquent, l'expérience que vous avez décrite ne correspond pas à nos normes et toute l'équipe de The Britannique se joint à moi pour s'excuser pour de telles lacunes. We reserved a room for THREE people. But they only left us two towels, two cups, two teas, two pairs of sandals. We asked for a bottle of water, they refused to give it to us. At least the breakfast is great and the hotel is located in a very convenient area.

Nicely kept and decorated property. The room had a beautiful view of water, was spacious and clean. My only negative comment, and it’s personal preference, were the sheets on the bed. They were not soft and made of a linen like material. Everything else was outstanding.

Staff was lovely. Not a luxury hotel at all. Not a convenient location, actually surrounded by not the nicest area in Naples. Clean hotel, yes, new, yes, lacking charm, very corporate and overly expensive food for what it is. More expensive than a Michelin Starred restaurant - Again, lovely staff. But the hotel has no charm, it's all new but small not comfortable rooms, even though they look big on the pictures.

Nice rooms
It was a beautiful hotel. It’s a little far from the city center, but that’s plus for me. The city center is too chaotic for me. If you want to go anywhere you can take a taxi or drive. The staff are nice and helpful.

I travelled to Napoli with my daughter ! We were charmed by the rooftop view from the hotel. The prosecco and snacks were too good. One of the finest stays we had. Highly recommended.

Upscale hotel, slightly west of dining and shopping, but in a very nice neighborhood. Excellent front desk staff. Breakfast pretty expensive, but rooftop deck was nice.

Hotel was nice. Just not a 5* in my opinion, I would say more of a 4. Hotel room was large but with a view onto backstreets, you can pay extra for a sea view. We opted for a stay with breakfast included which was very disappointing, there was not much to chose from. It was a very average breakfast and not what I was expecting for the ranking of this hotel and the price paid. One thing as a standard I would have expected water in the room to be replenished daily as with other places we have stayed in the Curo Collection, however we received 1 bottle of still and 1 sparkling on the day we arrived and nothing further. We understand we could add it to the room charge from the mini bar for 5-8€ per bottle, but I would have thought this could have been a basic item provided. There is a jacuzzi on the 6th floor with roughly 8 sun loungers on. View is lovely up there. However, you must reserved and can only spend 2hours up there which is a facility heavily marketed by the hotel before we stayed and is not quite as expected. I found the facilities to be limited at this hotel, I would have expected a spa of some kind, but I understand there was a gym of some kind which I did not visit. Service was hit and miss, we experienced some very slow service when asking for drinks etc even when there was only me at the bar but coffees came quickly during breakfast. I must say though the Nic Bar staff were lovely. Overall, the stay was pleasant but very average.

As far as breakfast is concerned, at The Britannique our guests can enjoy the warmth of the typical "Neapolitan Buongiorno", rich in overwhelming tastes and aromas, with zero-kilometer products selected by our chefs, such as the delicious apricots from Vesuvius, but also fragrant cakes, biscuits and homemade jams. Therefore, we apologize for not having been able to convey you such feeling, resulting in a misalignment of expectations.Rest assured I shared your comments with our Breakfast Manager, who will definitely make the most out of your suggestions, filling eventual gaps with further implementations.Unfortunately, it seems trouble took place also in relation to our solarium and spa. About the 6th floor, the jacuzzi area has been concieved for providing guests with the highest privacy, surrounded by nothing but silence. While, for what concerns the spa, actually it will open soon with numerous news and initiatives.
