Super hôtel à Napoli
Hôtel très bien placé. Personnel très accueillant et chambre très spacieuse. Sans doute à garder l'adresse pour la prochaine fois à Naples.

Pinto Storey - Naples
Un petit hôtel charmant et très bien situé au centre de Naples. Il occupe une partie du 4è étage d'un bel immeuble ancien de la ville. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont propres, calmes et confortables. Pas testé le petit-déjeuner

Very charming cute little hotel in a great quiet laid back area of Napoli. The hotel is right next to a metro station which made it very easy to navigate around the area with the hotel as a base. It was a little confusing finding it though when arriving as one would think that the hotel is the entire building shown in the listing pictures, but it only encompasses the 4th floor of the building. The staff was very nice & incredibly helpful, even booking an early morning taxi for us to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Netjes, schoon, uitstekende locatie
We hebben met 2 kinderen (17 en 14 jaar) overnacht in het Pinto Storey Hotel (4 nachten). Het is een heerlijk rustig hotel in een goede buurt, 3 minuten lopen van het metro station 'Piazza Amedeo'. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt. De kamers zijn ruim en keurig netjes. Het is prettig dat er een minibar in de kamer aanwezig is. De kamer van de kinderen was iets kleiner maar ruim genoeg.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach kurzen Problemen mit der Einstellung der Klimaanlage konnte uns geholfen werden und das Zimmer war angenehm.

Mi hanno dato una culla perbambino 2 anni che sulla prenotazione e verbalmente gratutita , alla fine ho pagato . Sono andato via un giorno prima e mi hanno fatto pagare la culla ( lettino da campeggio ) anche per la notte non usufruita , capisco la camera . Perfettamente raggirato ho pagato e me ne sono andato .mi consigliano un parcheggio che costava il doppio rispetto agli altri , mah .... Sconsiglio vivamente .

Arrivando ci siamo trovati spiazzati dalla totale mancanza di insegne o targhe che segnalassero l'albergo. Anche il citofono del palazzo non riporta il nome di Pinto Storey, sembrava quasi che avessimo fatto un errore di indirizzo. Fortunatamente un inquilino in uscita dal palazzo ci ha confermato che eravamo nel posto giusto e ci ha fatto entrare. Il personale straniero, sebbene molto gentile e sorridente, fa fatica a spiegarsi con i clienti. Abbiamo avuto purtroppo qualche difficoltà di comunicazione. La camera era sicuramente gradevole e pulita. Mancanza grossa è stato un aeratore funzionante nel bagno privo di finestre.

NOT SO HOT!
The Pinto Stoey is in a great location, close to the train station, close to shops, and an easy cab ride to other areas and an easy walk to the water. The location is difficult to find as it is identified only by a small plaque near the door. There is NO parking if you are in a car and it is almost impossible to drop off luggage or passengers on the congested street. Our room was very nice with a city view and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and the cappuccino was excellent. The big problem was that there was almost no hot water! We asked about this several times. We were told by one staff member that it would be fixed...but it was not. Another staff told us we had to run the water longer to get hot water. That did not work either. There was no solution offered and no discount provided.

Nice, very small & clean hotel, friendly staff, close to Naples Metro. Cons: hot water supply erratic (Check with hotel before booking to find out if hot water heater has been repaired), breakfast charges extra, few places to eat nearby without go up/down steep streets or steps.

Nice boutique hotel away from tourist area
My husband and I have now stayed here twice. It is one of the original Naples hotel-1887- and has 14 rooms only on the 4th & 5th floor of the building. They have a small elevator. Staff is great-very accommodating. The hotel is spotless with new updated bathrooms. Best part is that it is located in a residual area, not in a tourist area. The real flavour of Naples surrounds you!

Hotel situado muy cerca del metro Piazza Amedeo en el cuarto piso de un edificio residencial. Habitaciones amplias, agradables y limpias. Internet funcionó perfectamente. El personal del hotel muy amable. No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno. Cerca del hotel hay alguna pequeña cafetería así como un supermercado. Sin duda, volveremos.

Fantastic location right outside Amodeo metro. Easy to get to from Garibaldi (Naples central station) which links with airport alibus. Room super clean and new in retro style. Wifi good. On 4th floor of big old palace style building. Price was good and I felt it was good value. Lovely to walk from the hotel up towards the city through the trendy streets of Chiara.

Five days of comfort in a good safe area. Handy to station and many places to eat and sights in and around Piazza Amadeo. Comfortable roomy clean accomodation and friendly staff, though the shower was a bit leaky.

Good hotel in excellent location
We booked a standard room and were pleased with the room for the money we paid. The only negatives were that when showering you had to be careful with the shower curtain otherwise it was easy to flood the bathroom. The other minor problem was the breakfast/bar room was being built next to our room and there was some noise at 8am with workers. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent. In the same street as the hotel there is a mini supermarket, several eateries and the metro and buses are very near. It is easy to walk from the hotel to the centre of Naples. We felt safe at all times. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
