Située à quelques pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Napa et d'Oxbow, cette superbe location constitue un emplacement de choix pour des restaurants, des boutiques et des dégustations de classe mondiale.

We stayed in this beautiful rental location while running the Napa Half Marathon and could not have asked for a better experience! The home and its views are absolutely stunning and it is spacious and homey. I hope we get to stay here again as this will likely become an annual tradition! Would highly recommend staying here and renting the guest house if you are a large crew!

This property is exactly as described. It’s beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balconies and watching the sun set and rise. Early in the morning, we saw turkey’s and deer walking through the back yard. This house plus the guest house is perfect for large groups. My family of 10 felt like we had a ton of room. It was spotless clean when we got there. The property manager called me before we got there just to give me an update. I highly recommend booking this for your Napa stay! It’s very close to everything.

Stunning views, clean place, responsive host, great location (uphill from downtown NAPA) and a 40-min drive from 99% of all wineries in NAPA. We had a group of 10 adults and everyone enjoyed the place. One tiny matter (no fault of owner) is that it is a really steep downhill/uphill to drive into the parking area. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the location of this rental. It was a short drive to downtown Napa and Oxbow with lots of options for food. The house is many levels and perfect for our group. Several areas to break away for small talk, plenty of open space and tables and chairs to chat/play games/eat. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed with a nice big island perfect for a charcuterie food layout. The driveway was very steep and not very fun to navigate with multiple cars (in the rain no less). Not really a negative, just be aware. We rented both the house and guest house so all the cars were in our party. I can imagine otherwise it would have been a bit complicated when cars blocked each other. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the balconies as it rained the whole time, but the views are amazing. The downstairs bathroom in the main house needs privacy on the window ~ can see in from the driveway. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful views and amenities that were a nice touch. Having toiletries in shower for each bathroom and a refreshment basket were appreciated. We also had the adjoining guest house with the main house which we loved for our group of friends who travel to reunite annually.

We enjoyed this property so much, the view is absolutely incredible, the neighborhood was easy to navigate to downtown, nice and clean! We didn’t use the guest house because only had 6 people, but checked it out and it was very nice as well! We would definitely stay here again! Quick responses to all the messages!

General Pros • Large home in good location • Separate home from main house if privacy is needed in your group • Astonishing views Cons • Dated in several areas • Several items broken or in need of repair – house could use some TLC • Property management team that runs this house for the owner • All the restrictions, rules, and fees if you did or didn’t do something • Driveway/parking situation isn’t for the faint of heart or a large vehicle • Note: Didn’t impact us however, not ADA friendly – stairs are required to enjoy a majority of the house Property Management Team • Getting them to call you back was almost impossible • Come across in a very punitive or dismissive manner • Focused on getting the property rented out and not the maintenance/upkeep of the property • Their negative reviews and associated replies on Yelp directly align with my above experience • They aren’t accredited with the Better Business Bureau Upper Deck • Can only be accessed via one of the two master upstairs bedrooms • Deck flooring is in need of significant repair with several exposed nail/screw heads sticking up which was extra lovely navigating since you aren’t allowed to wear shoes in the house (It was obvious this deck should have been replaced years ago) • Furniture needed cleaning – the two-person hammock where you place your head was stained orange • Furniture needed replaced/repaired – we repaired one leg while we were there and when we sat our glass on one of the tables the table collapsed as the leg wasn’t actually attached as it was just resting underneath the table (come on man!!!) Kitchen • Cabinet false door under sink had been “repaired” using scotch tape (yes, you read that right) and fell on my wife’s foot when she tried to use the sink • Several of the bowls & plates were chipped • Coffee grinder was frozen up and didn’t work • One wall was in need of paint/repair – drywall surface looked torn • One HVAC vent was broken & locked in the closed position Master Bedroom/Bathroom • Large stains on the carpet • Drain for the master bath was broken • Fan above the shower was extremely dirty • Overhead shower water cycled from warm/hot to extreme cold while showering (that was loads of fun) 2nd Master Bedroom • Broken window shade on the door that led to the deck made it almost impossible to use the door as the shade dragged on the floor – this forced everyone to use the primary master to enter/exit the deck Game Room • Smelled like musky mildew

We had a bachelorette weekend at the house with 11 women in our 40s and we had such a lovely weekend. The house is definitely on a hill and we had to be careful getting into the steep driveway with our 15 passenger van but it all worked out. We loved the Oxbow market as a perfect place to hang out before we checked in and to grab coffees on our morning walks/run from the place. We used both the guest and main house and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the many decks and had plenty of space for all of us. We had a chef come in one night that worked out fabulous. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a girls trip in Napa, total of 10 ladies so booked both the main house and the guest house. The main house is exactly as shown in photos, it had amazing views, super clean, kitchen was great. However, the guesthouse was basically not useable. The guesthouse has a loft with 2 beds, the main floor with livingroom and kitchen, and a bottom floor with a bedroom and bathroom. The bottom floor smelled so bad (mold/mildew) that we couldn't use the bedroom and couldn't even use the bathroom. In the end, the people who stayed in the guesthouse had to walk back to the main house to use the restroom. I would recommend if you have 6 or so guests, just to book the main house and this property is not good for a larger group that requires the guesthouse. Also parking is technically challenging! There's enough parking spaces for all the cars but it was pretty tricky to get in and out.

This property is absolutely amazing and well stocked. Great for family gatherings! Pictures were accurate, property was clean and well maintained. The beds were sooo comfortable - comparable to 5 star hotels. Definitely will recommend and book again.
