« I had a great stay, the host is super nice. Just Keep in mind that she does live downstairs so for people who want complete intimacy it might not be the right place but for me It was perfect. It felt like a homestay. The room was clean, large and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. 10/10 »

« It’s clean , spacious, warm and neat but hope they add little more value for place for the price we pay. what you bed was very uncomfortable and pillow was very small square size. Blanket was small for two ppl. There was Nescafé machine but can’t use because no capsul available. Wishing to have towel change service everyday . »

« This was a very nice apartment for our vacation in Hakuba. The apartment was clean and as advertised, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. The location is great -- close to Echoland and plenty of restaurants. The biggest problem we had was with getting checked in, as there was an issue with the reservation, but once I brought it to the attention of the staff at the property, that was fixed instantly. The beds were also perhaps not the most comfortable, but...
