« Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. « We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. »
