« Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk.
I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants.
Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :) »

« The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. »

« Family of 5, booked 2 rooms with ensuites. Everything was great from the amenities to the food and helpful staff. The Ryokan is around a 300-500m walk from the ski lifts however they offer a shuttle service every morning. You can also reserve the shuttle at other times to head out to restaurants etc. »
