« Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs. Nice restaurants and convenient store around though most close early. Walking distance to the Akakura Obsen Ski area. »

« わかる人ならわかると思いますが、アパホテルはどのビジネスホテルよりもベッドの質が最高に素敵です。このエリアは新幹線の開通によりできたエリアだと思います。まだまだこれから発展する地域ですが、いろいろホテルがある中でもこのアパホテルはとても設備が良く、大浴場やコインランドリーなどが揃っているので旅行者にはうってつけのホテルだと思います。リゾートホテルなどがまだそばにはないので、ちょっとランクの高いビジネスホテルを泊まりたいなら、このホテルがとてもオススメです。 »

« Picture doesn't do justice. I mean it's not bad but it's old! We still had a good night. »

« Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk. I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants. Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :) »

« It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. »

« Not only is this lodge one of kind, the owners and staff set it apart by offering a very special experience for all guests. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner welcoming us in and getting us settled in our room. They made sure we got sorted in the morning and ready for our Myoko Adventure. We will be back, only question is how many times!!! »

"Tout est informatisé mais des charmantes personnes sont là pour vous aider Que 2 machines à laver/sécher séchage donc long et peu efficace si on attend une machine libre. Le gros point noir: l accueil est au 5eme etage et dans la rue l entrée de l hitel ressemble a un magasin. Un tout petit carré vert aussi grand que ceux des magasins à côté difficile à identifier en marchant surtout quand on regarde le sol cahotique pour rouler les valises. Petit déjeuner très convenable "

"Hôtel de bonne qualité, propre et confortable. Buffet de petit déjeuner complet et personnel accueillant, Le défaut que je pourrais donner porterait sur l’isolation phonique des chambres qui n’est pas idéal et on entent le bruit du couloir très facilement."
