« Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs. Nice restaurants and convenient store around though most close early. Walking distance to the Akakura Obsen Ski area. »

« The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. « Fantastic stay, perfect for your skiing or snowboarding trip. The rooms are large with lots of space, the onsen and shower area is well kept and peaceful. The staff are amazing and will shuttle you to close resorts as well as into town for dinner and pick you up. Highly recommend for your ski base! »
