« Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. « The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »
