Amenities including two pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts & free parking for 2 cars. Located in a gated community with security patrol. Free Beach Service including FOUR chairs & TWO umbrellas, set up for you daily -no additional charge (Mar 15th – Oct 31st ). Must be 25 years old to book due to community restrictions.

Spacious open living plan with stocked kitchen. Two king bedrooms with a bunk room for the kiddos plus a queen gel foam sofa sleeper for extra sleep space. Two updated full baths with hall bathroom offering private access for second king bedroom. All bedrooms have TV’s with cable and smart tv capability.

This condo has all the extras for families; pack n play, highchair, stroller, and two sound machines (one for the kids and one for the adults).

There are two community pools, one is gulf-front with the second one heated during the off season. The resort also has a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, and charcoal grills located near the tennis courts.

We are family friendly and pet friendly, but no smoking, and no parties in the unit.
